Anil Sivadas, Chairman

Mr. Anil Sivadas, Chairman of Enventure Technology Services, brings nineteen years of management experience in the high technology sector. Having founded Enventure in 1997, he has consistently guided the company with his exceptional leadership skills and strategic direction.

Prior to starting Enventure, Mr. Sivadas was a senior management executive with a Billion-dollar consumer electronics company, where he garnered many years of experience in manufacturing, R&D, and sales. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering, a Master's degree in marketing and is currently pursuing an executive management program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mr. Sivadas has been a member of the EO (Entrepreneurs’ Organization) since 2003, having served on its board for the past three years. An avid international traveler and a specialist in cross border business, he has also participated in several Global EO universities.

Kiran Sivadas, Vice Chairman 

Mr. Kiran Sivadas brings to Enventure a wealth of knowledge in executive management, expanding markets, innovative solutions, and building and managing a customer base. Since joining in 1998, he has fueled the company’s growth by introducing innovative services, developing go-to-market strategies, and expanding Enventure’s global footprint - all of which contributed to Enventure’s success in various business areas and different markets.

Mr. Sivadas drives Enventure's Sales & Marketing functions, and leads a team that has enabled Enventure to establish a global footprint across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in Sales and Marketing.

His interests include music, travel, and motor sports.

Wilfred Fernandes, Managing Director 

Mr. Fernandes has overall responsibility for managing the organization, including all functional groups within the company. He has over 20 years of experience in different  areas like Manufacturing, R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Development and Management, having worked in different divisions of a $1 Billion Electronics giant, prior to joining Enventure. One of his key strengths is setting up outsourcing processes for new customers and continually working with them to improve on the processes to ensure that customer expectations are always met.

Mr. Fernandes holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from REC, Surathkal and a Manufacturing Management degree from IIM, Bangalore. Mr. Fernandes holds music and trekking close to his heart.

Saijee Rao, Subject Matter Expert – Content Management

Mr. Rao serves as Enventure’s subject matter expert in the field of content management and data services. He brings more than 25 years of work experience in the fields of design, development, engineering management, mentoring, product development and production to his role. Additionally, he has expertise and experience managing supply chain business processes, leading creative design/development teams and optimizing direct / indirect material inventories.

Mr. Rao was associated with India's largest utility systems manufacturing company, Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd., for more than 16 years. There his primary responsibilities were product design, component engineering, technology transfers and obsolescence management, which featured technology partnerships with such well-known companies as ABB, Siemens and General Electric.

Mr. Saijee Rao holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications engineering from Andhra University, India and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University, USA.

C. Suresh Raj Urs, GM - Operations

Mr. Urs has over 22 years of experience spanning both manufacturing and service industry domains. He has well rounded experience across multiple functional areas, including Operations, New Project Executions, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Product Management, Marketing and Brand Building. He has worked with various overseas collaborations and brings with  him rich experience of working with international companies. He has worked with JIPM consultant for implementation of TPM and is a Six Sigma green belt holder.
 
Mr. Urs is an Engineer with a Post Graduation in Management. He loves nature and his interests include trekking.

Unni K Mecheeri, GM - Business Development

Mr. Mecheeri is responsible for sales of Enventure's services across global markets. Since joining Enventure in 2000, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of the engineering, content and software services markets in North America and Europe. Mr. Mecheeri’s primary responsibilities are in the areas of managing the sales team, acquiring new, developing new markets, expanding  service lines and evolving go-to-market strategies. Mr. Mecheeri is also a part of the  Solutions Group at Enventure that innovates customized solutions for customers.

Mr. Mecheeri holds a Master's degree in Management with specialization in Marketing and Finance.
